Our taylor made inspection trips are an ideal way to find the correct property that fits your requirements. You will be collected from the airport and taken to your accomodation which is of a very high standard. At the earliest convenience you will be taken to see the area and also to meet with a lawyer who will give you free inpartial advice to help you make the right decision on the type of investment you are looking for. Afterwards you will be taken to view a selection of properties that you and our sales team will have chosen prior to your visit. Once the correct property has been found the owner will be contacted and asked to sign a prilmernary contract on payment of a deposit. At this point the property will be withdrawn from sale. During the rest of your stay we are happy to help with any other items you may need to organise, from building works to furnishings.

Before your arrival you will have discussed in detail your requirements with one of our telesales staff to ensure that you will have an excellent selection of properties to view, most importantly within your budget . Once we have found your ideal property you will be assisted in all aspects of the purchasing process. This includes recommending you to an English speaking lawyer, opening bank accounts and applying for any legal paperwork that you need.
